RULES AND REGULATIONS:
In order to insure the preservation of the beauty, safety, and dignity of our Park, The Gardens has established and enforces a comprehensive set of Rules and Regulations. These policies place certain restrictions on lot owner rights and can affect the ultimate cost of services whether provided by The Gardens or a third party vendor. A set of all Rules and Regulations is available for inspection in the administrative office. If you wish to receive a copy of our general “Rules and Regulations” and/or a copy of our “Regulations Regarding the Installation and Modification of Foundations and Memorials,” please ask and a copy will be provided at no charge. These can also be found on our web site.

The following is a partial list of products and services available to our clients. Products or services that require you to purchase more than one item will be explained.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICE FEES

Opening and closing of any interment site may only be performed by our cemetery.

The opening and closing fee includes several services including record keeping, assistance of office staff, equipment maintenance, site restoration, etc. A complete list of services involved with each type of opening and closing is available for review in our administrative office.

The following fees are for services conducted after 8:00 a.m. and before 3:00 p.m. weekdays; extended hours, weekends and holidays are subject to additional overtime charges.

A winter surcharge of $50.00 will be assessed during the dates of December 1 through April 1 to cover additional expenses necessary to prepare sites.

Standard Grave $ 600.00
Infant Grave (Under 4 foot) $ 50.00
Cremated Remains (ground or bench) $ 600.00

*Service fees may be purchased and trusted in advance of need from the cemetery. The cemetery will charge 20% more than the current charges to cover record keeping, trust charges and future price increases. The cemetery will assess additional charges for overtime, surcharges and for special services performed at the time of need.

A complete list of service fee charges is available upon request.

BURIAL RIGHTS

Burial rights include standard ground interment and ground interment of cremated remains. Purchase of burial right does not include the professional service fee, which is assessed by the cemetery at the time of need.

The standard burial right is for one burial. When two burials are allowed in one space, the cemetery will assess an additional charge for a second right of burial.

A separate fee for endowment care is assessed for each burial right – this fee is deposited in the cemetery’s irrevocable trust fund, which is established for the care and maintenance of the cemetery.

Standard Grave Spaces Range from $ 800 ea. to $1100 ea.
Private Mausoleums Price quoted based on design

MERCHANDISE

Memorial and Vase Assemblies

The cemetery offers a complete list of flush and upright memorials. A separate charge is assessed for the foundation, installation and memorial care. Fees collected for memorial care are placed in the cemetery’s endowment care trust fund, which is established for the care and maintenance of the cemetery. In addition to these standard charges, the cemetery will assess fees for layout, inspection and record keeping whenever a memorial is installed by an outside vendor.

Flush Granite Range from $690.20 to $7,600.90
Flush Bronze Range from $920 to $17,150
Upright Monument & Benches Range from $1091.62 to $14,477.50
Vase Assemblies Range from $460 to $845

Outer Burial Containers

State law does not require that you buy a container to surround the casket in the grave. However, many cemeteries require that you have such a container so that the grave will not sink in. Either a grave liner or a burial vault will satisfy these requirements.

Our cemetery requires the use of a grave liner or burial vault manufactured from either concrete or an approved metal for all casketed and cremated remains burials. Separate charges are assessed by the cemetery for setting of the unit in the grave and for placing the lid.

Lid Placement $ 40
Setting Vault in Grave $ 50
Setting Oversize Vault in Grave $ 210
Setting Cremation Vault in Grave $ 20
